Professor Tony Eduardo Hoerhann
Professor Tony Eduardo Hoerhann is a 5th-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Master Rilion Gracie, carrying one of the strongest lineages in the art. He is the founder of the Next Level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association, guiding instructors and students worldwide through seminars, instructor development, and competition training.

Yves Sousa
Yves Sousa brings a lifelong dedication to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and international experience to Next Level Sherman. Having lived and trained in many different countries, including 10 years in Hong Kong, Yves has a unique perspective on the art and its global community.
His Journey:
Yves moved to the US for college and lived in many different countries throughout his career. While his international lifestyle required him to delay his progress in the art he always loved, he has been back on track and consistently training under Professor Tony since 2017.
At Next Level Sherman:
Yves serves as a dedicated assistant instructor, bringing his international experience and renewed passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to help students of all levels develop their skills and understanding of the art.
Additional Staff
Roberto "Beto" Mantovani
Dedicated versatile professional who has been working with .38 International Group (the mother company of Next Level Jiu-Jitsu) for several years. Beto brings incredible expertise in dealing with people and is always ready to help with anything to cover our Next Level Sherman students' needs.

We're always looking for dedicated practitioners who want to assist in classes and help others grow in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Please note: This is an assistant role - you will be supporting the main instructor, not leading classes independently.
Assistant Role Requirements:
- Minimum Blue Belt rank
- Passion for helping others and supporting instruction
- Understanding that this is an assistant role, not independent teaching
- Commitment to continuous learning under our instructors
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction
- Background check and references
Important Note:
Assistant roles involve supporting the main instructor during classes, helping students with techniques, and maintaining a safe training environment. You will not be leading classes independently but will be an important part of our teaching team.
