Class Descriptions

🥋 Adult Foundations Program

Perfect for beginners! Learn the basic techniques, positions, and principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive environment.

🥋 Adult CORE PROGRAM

For students continuing their journey beyond the fundamentals. Classes focus on building confidence, improving control, and developing a deeper understanding of jiu-jitsu through structured training and live practice.

🥋 Adult ALL LEVELS

Noon classes open to all skill levels. Perfect for those who prefer midday training sessions.

🥋 Junior Program (Ages 5-13)

We teach jiu-jitsu as a martial art, not an activity. Mixed-age training environment where children learn real techniques grouped by development and ability. Children are taught the same techniques at different depths, with younger kids focusing on movement and balance, and older kids focusing on detail and control.

📅 Private Lessons

One-on-one instruction tailored to your specific goals, whether you're preparing for competition or focusing on particular techniques.
